My name is Tanja Brand and I am a web developer.

I started out as a "Perl on Linux" programmer with the database of choice being MySQL but quickly expanded my repertoire to include Microsoft SQL with an ASP environment.

Many years of in-depth DHTML work followed, with more and more JavaScript involvement and Ajax applications.

Later on, I added PHP which came quite naturally, being quite similar to Perl.

During my first few Computer Science years at University, I became more involved with Java, XML and XSL; and in the last year, I became familiar with Coldfusion.

Very recently, I was fortunate to be part of the iphone integration team where I learned to overcome iphone specific constraints in regards to online banking applications.
